Well above and beyond with the level of service provided. We were buying our first home from afar, in a tough market for buyers, especially in our price range. Homes were moving super fast. When the home we finally bought hit the market, Michael was there taking pictures and video within hours of it hitting the MLS and we had an offer in that same evening. He also kept the pressure on our lender to get our loan complete when they (the bank) were dragging their feet. Michael kept our deal together despite the bank delaying closing, twice... We would give him 10 stars if Facebook would let us.
