I've written high reviews for outstanding service before, but Mike blows all of them out of the water! From the beginning he has been responsive, available, and has went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. We knew from the first conversation we wanted to work with him because of how knowledgeable he was about the market and homes in the area and how genuine is. Even with living out of state I felt in the loop and updated throughout the entire process. Mike provided great references with competitive quotes for work that needed to be done prior to listing. He also worked with our tenant and was flexible with her schedule/timeline. After hearing the cost of some necessary repairs needed to sell at top price (i.e. replacing the aluminum wiring) we decided to sell As-Is and he supported our decision and pivoted to this plan immediately- he even reached out to potential buyers he knew that worked with investment properties as it was being prepared to be listed. With us being out of state, having busy schedules, and expecting our first child it wasn't possible for us to get down quickly and Mike himself or people in his network took care of everything! Mike will treat you like an all-star the whole time and make you feel like his most important client. We plan to move back to Florida eventually and Mike will be our go-to agent!
