Mike has been an exceptional professional resource from the get go. He has helped me every step of the way from gathering all my paperwork together in late October and to closing my first home in mid December. His responsiveness is stellar either via text message or a phone call may it be nights, weekends, or a Dolphins game. He was always in constant communication with me the entire process and not for one second did I feel neglected even though he had other clients simultaneously. He is reliable and responsible in getting things done on my high demand deadlines. I was impressed by his knowledge and resources in gathering the team that made this sale possible including the home inspector, title company and even found highly driven mortgage company that processed my closing in 12 days! He is still checking up on me more than a month into the closing and still giving me lots of tips and advices. He is absolutely wonderful! :)
