I've been a full time Realtor since 1994 and I guess I can now best be described as a seasoned agent! I have a fundamental sales philosophy. It is simply that each and every transaction has its own unique challenges and that this is a service oriented business. My job is to recognize those challenges, enroll my sellers and buyers into their solutions and get deals done. For sellers, I am committed to service and as such never have more that 15 listings at a time. I want to give all my sellers the personalized service they need. This includes weekly calls, weekly status updates on activity in your area, immediate updates on all showings, including feedback from other agents.
