I truly can't say thank you enough. I literally started crying when Ben called and told me all that you had done. The amount of stress that had built up in the last week was almost unbearable. With me being in Florida and not being able to facilitate the fixing of these issues. That, coupled with Ben's lack of handyman ability and working 14-16 hr days, we were just left clueless and frantic. We are ignorant first time homeowners so knowledge of AC units, pipes, coils, breakers, heat....was little to none.To you, what you did might be small, but to us it meant the world. I'm still crying. Your thoughtfulness and making the choice to run by the house today was so appreciated. Knowing that now we just need to have a few things tweeked, is a huge relief.We (me, Dad and Gwen) will be visiting 19-24 and would love to do something for you and your family. You've been a steady source of help, knowledge and patience through this entire ordeal. You are a special person. So ...one more time, THANK YOU....thank you for your heart.
