Michael Maier has extensive experience of selling and letting units at the Columbian which was really important in my agent selection. His approach was respectful, understanding, clear and as it turns out, highly successful in my opinion. The photographer took some excellent shots of my apartment helped with staging from Michael, and it was listed the next day.
