We were so surprised on how quickly Micheal sold our house. My husband and I thinking it would take 3 months to sell our house. It took Michael ONLY 6 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! We listened to what he had to say about our house and applied the tips he gave us to the house. He didn't just take pictures he did a video walk of the house and he used a droid. So that people that are looking at the house online can see the neighborhood. He does his own website and all. He was able to help drive the selling price up on our home.
