Mike's Experience as a General Contractor in the remodeling business for over 20 years helped him develop a passion for Real Estate as well as a listening ear for Clients. As a General Contractor, Mike built several custom homes from the ground up and rehabbed more than 400 home in Chicagoland area including multiple units with very satisfied customers. For many years, his expertise and integrity in construction allotted him the opportunity to be the lead overseer of all construction projects for the Chicago Housing, as a non-for-profit organization to help create affordable housing in Chicago's neighborhoods.

We loved working with Mike! Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Mike is all of this and much more. Mike responds in a timely manner has great experience and background.
