Michael Moed

Michael was amazing to work with. As soon as we contacted him for help finding a new home he asked us appropriate questions and immediately began sending us homes to look through. We were moving from a different state so made a couple trips to Vegas and Michael spent days showing us home after home. We had a couple bumps in the road but he remained patient and helpful along the way. He is very knowledgeable in his field and a pleasure to work with. He definitely goes above and beyond, in fact, he went and looked at a house for us while we were back home and FaceTimed with us and walked us through. We loved it and trusted Michael when he said it was a great house and made an offer right there. Our offer was accepted and we are now home in Vegas. We highly recommend him!!

My husband and I moved from San Diego, CA to North Las Vegas...sight unseen. We were blessed that Michael was the agent assigned to us on Zillow. The actual move was more difficult than the buying process...Michael took care of everything. He recommended an agent in San Diego to sell our condo and from that moment on, Michael would explain the paperwork and all we had to do was docusign. Our offers (and there were a few!) all had to be contingent because we couldn't move until our place sold. I had a pretty good idea of where we wanted to move so I watched Zillow and Michael took us on facetime tours of the properties so I didn't have to take any time off of work. Michael gave excellent advice and pep talks when needed-like when we found out the hard way that our complex in San Diego lost its FHA rating due to the uneven ratio of owners to renters. He doesn't waste your time with flowery speeches, he tells you what you need to know and best of all, DOES NOT PUSH. I am a bottom line type of person and I liked him right away. A really great "extra" about Michael is because we didn't meet face-to-face until the day we moved here, he didn't just call, he facetimed. It was a nice touch...it is one thing to talk to someone on the phone but something else entirely when you can see them. The looking out for you doesn't end when the sale is over...we needed a handyman for a small project and he came through. Lastly, as to whether or not I would recommend Mr. Moed; one of my clients from San Diego called me yesterday...she just found out that I had left. She and her husband are thinking about moving here as well. I already gave her Michael's information. If you want someone who will look out for YOUR interests, call Michael!
