I met make through my son who sold his 1st house. I didn’t really want to use a realtor when I sold my house figuring could do it. It was the negotiation process I didn’t want to deal with. We discuss the options, the process & negotiated. He did a fantastic job. The last realtor I used was awful & gave me a bad taste in my mouth about realtors. will definitely use Mike again when I’m ready to buy like my son did when he bought his 2nd home. Mike is straightforward, honest & wasn’t trying to hustle me or anything which I’m always weary about. He & Bridget did a fantastic job and they were both great explaining things.

Mike was very knowledgeable of the home buying process, helped us remain focused on the bigger picture, and most importantly helped us write/submit an offer that beat out 8 other offers. So he helped me sell my home and purchase my next home. At first I just wanted to sell my home and he was okay with it and just kept checking in and seeing how I was doing. Then I decided to buy a house and he helped me find my dream home. He was honest when he didn’t know something and told me he didn’t know but was able to find the answer. What I liked the most was that he was/is a numbers guy and was able to tell me roughly my monthly payment which included the taxes and insurance in it. I purchased my home and the previous owners left it disgusting. He without being asked offered and did pay for a cleaner to clean the house. I have been recommending him to everyone I know that is in the market. He even sold my moms house for her. Very impressed and very very good realtor. He knows how to dumb things down fir me to understand and was not pushy at all and would straight up tell me if a house that we looked at he didn’t think wouldn't fit me or needed more work than I wanted to put in.
