Michael Nemecek was very professional and knowledgable. He was accurate in his projections and supported all of our needs along the way from providing advice to answering questions at any time of the day. We experienced very good communication and the help of his assistant, Amanda was great in learning about the details along the way and updates on progress. When we first met he let me know the climate of the housing market and was very knowledgeable of how to buy a house in such a market. Throughout the house showing process he was very reachable and available to answer questions. If he was not available then he made sure one of his team members would be available to do a showing. He definitely goes to bat for you and I appreciated that.

Mike was recommended to us by some friends. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy when looking for a house. If the house isn't a good deal he will let you know.
