Michael was an invaluable help and resource as we completed extensive renovations of our condo in a row house in Northwest DC in preparation for sale. Michael managed the entire process from ensuring open communication with our general contractor, to coordinating with our architect and engineers, to navigating all of the regulatory permitting and processes required by DCRA on our behalf. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with experienced judgement and calm demeanor averted many crises, and resolved quickly any issues that arose. Our church decided to sell a house that we owned next to the church but we needed an easement back for access and parking. We turned to Sully to help us set a fair sale price for the house and a fair purchase price for the easement. He handled this somewhat unusual transaction for us, not only walking us through the normal property sale process, but also helping to define the easement boundaries, prepare a recordable survey, working with our attorney and the buyers attorney, and just keeping the whole process moving to completion. Couldnt have done it without him.
