Sold a Condo home in 2017 in Brookland, Washington, DC.Local knowledge:Process expertise:Responsiveness:Negotiation skills:Michael patiently hung in with me for approximately 3 years. We went through two hurricanes and a host of other stumbling blocks. He never gave up on me. He was instrumental in finding international movers, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, landscapers, painters, air conditioning contractors, cleaners, etc. At one point, he connected me with an out of state agent for me to facilitate the purchase of a home.
