Michael Pallares

Michael has been my "go to" realtor since 2005, when I bought my first condo. 11 years later, my husband and I are still working with him on real estate transactions (7 to date). Yes, he's "that" good. Here's what sets Michael above the rest:1) He is available all the time. He is either available in the moment that I call or calls me back a short time after I contact him. 2) He "collects" highly qualified, useful people - lawyers, mortgage brokers, construction people who work with him as a team. Because of this, transactions go smoothly. There are no surprises. We have used the same lawyer and mortgage broker for multiple transactions and have loved them too.3) Michael solves problems. The buyer wants the woodpile that was present when we bought the house removed and we refuse to move it because we didn't create it?. Michael hires someone to remove it. End of problem. House needs some quick fixes? Michael knows who to hire. House could use some homey touches - a nice quilt on the bed, a plant, to make things look nice during showings? Michael provides. He has a flair for knowing how a room should work and for rearranging your furniture. Don't question him on it. Just let him do it.4) Michael gets along with people. He is personable, has a good sense of humor, and most importantly, he listens to us. when he interacts with other realtors he is pleasant and professional. Michael has an interesting background, and is fun to talk to. He goes with the flow, and doesn't ruffle feathers, but does go to bat for you when necessary.From our point of view, there is no reason to go to another realtor when buying or selling a house. Michael has all the qualities we are looking for and there is no need to look further.
