Michael has been an EXCELLENT Realtor. He has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. He is so easy to deal with, so knowledgeable and so realistic. The real estate market is very different today than it has been in the past and Michael is completely in tune with the climate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an expert !

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Michael. I wanted to take a moment to write a note expressing our appreciation for his efforts in our home purchase. Michael is a terrific agent, and we were very lucky to have him working on our behalf. My husband and I had a previous experience with a different real estate agency that did not turn out to our satisfaction, which prompted us to begin our home search anew. From the moment we called Michael back in October until our closing in mid-December he was extremely professional, dedicated, and went out of his way to help us find our dream house. He did a great job helping us structure our offer, working with us and the sellers to arrange the purchase of some of their furniture, and even helped us arrange our move. Michael, was very helpful in getting us our dream house. He took us to a number of places, each time listening to what we liked and disliked about each place so that he could fine tune the search. After finding our place, he was very helpful with the negotiations. I always felt like he was on our side and not just trying to make a sale. In fact, there were a few places that we liked that he felt were priced too high and recommended moving on to the next place. All in all a great experience. I would recommend Michael without reservation.
