- Michael and I connected, but did no business
Was looking to purchase a home that was represented by MICHAEL PERROTTA listed by Hall & Hunter Realtors. The agent originally accepted our offer verbally late last night. This morning he calls our realtor and states that he is cancelling our offer as another buyer is providing a higher offer. He then states not to call unless we can offer $10,000 more. Highly unprofessional behavior to accept offers and then go back on it. I do not recommend doing business with him or this company that employs him.
