Mike put our property onto the market and within 90 days the deal was signed, sealed and delivered! This is the 2nd time of I have used Mike and highly recommend him. His knowledge/expertise of all aspects involved in selling is exceptional. His responsiveness to either text or email, with the more than a few questions I had, went above and beyond. The negotiation process is always a nail-biter but he was more of the negotiator than I and that made things a lot less stressful for me. I can't say enough about Mike! TOP NOTCH Realtor in my book!

We would confidently recommend Mike and Dave. We were very impressed with their ability to respond to all of our communication very quickly. This is so important in the current market! We always felt as though they had extreme patience with our questions, as this is the first time we were buying and selling simultaneously. They walked us through the offer-making process, and we were able to sell our house within a few days.
Mike and Dave were both fantastic realtors. By being a team at least one of them was always available whenever I had a question or an issue came up. They thoroughly handled all of my purchase and they gave their honest opinions whenever I asked for them. The two of them were the best decision I had made when looking for a realtor
