I highly recommend Michael. He did an excellent job negotiating my deal and led me very patiently through the buying process. Michael also is very responsive (and I suspect I was a bit demanding....).

Michael assisted us in selling our townhouse in JP. He was very responsive, respectful, and honest in determining what had to be done and guiding our decisions. We struggled over what price to list the property at, as we did not want to list it too high or too low. Michael listed the property at the perfect price and was able to secure an offer 30k over the asking price after one open house! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Michael.

As first time home buyers we were pretty unfamiliar with the whole process, which is why Michaels years of experience and knowledge made all the difference for us! Michael was invaluable every step of the way from figuring out where to look, to evaluating properties against our needs, to tirelessly negotiating on our behalf for what ended up being an amazing outcome for us. Mike went above and beyond for us & really illustrated what an exceptional real estate agent is. He was extremely helpful and diligent in everything from analyzing listings on price/quality etc... to taking us through the final closing day. I can say with assurance he was always on our team, never was pressuring us to opt into an agreement with a place that wasn't up to his standards and didn't line-up with our demands. Exhaustively finding nuances and hidden details on properties throughout the entire process was very impressive to me, as was his knowledge on seemingly every facet of real estate and the Boston area. I can definitely say it was a great experience working with Mike and I know i wasn't the first nor will be the last to say that!

Michael was a delight to work with. I never met him - all our interactions were over the phone, text and email - but we developed a great relationship. I counted heavily on his advice throughout the process and it never failed me. He is eminently reasonable, good natured, smart and competent; overall a really nice person who just happens to be an amazing real estate agent. My only wish is that he had a national territory!
