Michael was very professional and very knowledgeable about the market. He tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. Great realtor and expert negotiator. He'll go to battle for you and I would recommend to use time and time again.

There are not be enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Michael was in our real estate purchase. He was very professional. We never had any issues with him arriving late to any appointment. Quite the contrary, he arrived early and had all of the pertinent information in hand. He also provided us with excellent advice when it was time to put in an offer and stayed on top of the deal even when we were going to get hit by a hurricane. He is a superstar!

Michael was great to work with. He did not only help us find our first home in FL but has kept in touched and helped answer some questions that came up after we had moved in. He was very patient as we were very indecisive and all over the map and we really appreciated his advice and his time.
