Michael Shamberg

Called of multiple times kept getting transferred to Rental Mgr Michael Shamberg who only cared about credit score and said he will get back to me and NEVER did?! When I called again he claimed he never spoke to me and that he gets hundreds of calls a day regarding properties and that this is “their process”. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, his tone changed and lied once again that he NEVER spoke to me before and that He had 3 other people in the office to attest to it?!! Disgusting customer service!!!

Michael is a charming realtor who is very knowledgeable in his field. He spent plenty of time finding me the right property and gave me excellent service. He was always on time and returned my calls in a timely manor.

There should be an option for zero stars. This guy tells so many lies, he confuses himself. Most of listings have phoney photos. He doesn't know anything about the properties he represents. Use this guy and you'll be sorry. Reviews are here for a reason. You've been warned.

Terrible experience. He was a no show to several homes he scheduled to show me. The one home, he told me to go in the lockbox myself and walk through house. The woman happened to be home and thought it was very unprofessional as well. He negotiated nothing in writing and failed to put my offer in on a house I wanted. Or if he did he never followed up with me about it. I was so disgusted with his service that I wanted to get another realtor and pay a higher commission. Don’t trust him to close a car door let alone a home sale
