Michael Shenuk

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Michael Shenuk visited the Colorado Springs area with his family as a 13 year-old and knew then that someday he would return to make his home here. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in business, Mike's teenage vision was realized in 2002 when he permanently relocated to Colorado. Since then, Mike has achieved tremendous success and a loyal following as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, but his passion has always been with real estate. Despite being new to this business, Mike is certainly not new to business, having overseen millions of dollars of contractual transactions over the years.
