More about Michael Simmers
I am a Realtor in Collin County. My family and I relocated to TX in 2017, while working as a Mechanical Engineer for an escalator/elevator Company. We struggled to find our dream home and landed in Princeton, TX. We chose Princeton for it's close proximity to Lake Lavon, as we are avid boaters. We have two young boys who also love the water. I decided to branch out in my career to help others find a home they love. I understand all that goes into being a first time home buyer and seller, because I was one myself. Moving to a new area, looking for a new home, and the overwhelming feeling it can bring. I'm here to help make the experience enjoyable for you and find the property that meets your wants and needs.
