Without reservation I am happy to recommend Michael. His easygoing nature belies his energy and desire to provide just the right amount of detail and finesse for every question or request you have. We were East Coasters with a limited amount of experience with Palm Springs, with the complication of relocating from slightly NW of PS in California; while we did know what we were doing with the buying process we required a lot of hand holding for information with respect to neighborhoods and housing stock in PS. Within a weekend's trip we found a lovely house we can enjoy with friends and family and it was smooth sailing throughout to the close. Rest easy with Michael as your choice.
