Ryan was patient throughout the whole process. We've been looking for over a year now before we finally found one that would suit our needs. Ryan never pushed for us to settle or go above our price range (which is surprisingly rare). There were times where we considered settling and Ryan didn't let us. He truly wanted us to have the house we needed. Ryan also sold our house before it was even on the market. He worked magic to get all transactions to go through without any hiccups.
