He was a realtor that knew the area and the property went above and beyond to help us close on our new home in July of 2017 His response to any concerns we had was addressed with a quick response. He went out of his way to make sure we met the previous owners so that they could share the history of our new home with us. He has since been in touch with us to see how it is going for us in our new home. I would highly recommend him to be the realtor you choose to help you through the process of buying a house

Mike was always readily available to us to help with whatever questions we had. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and Mike patiently answered all of them and helped us through the entire loan process.

Mike did an amazing job. He went over and beyond any expectations for a realitor. Very very impressed. Mike made a special trip to Sheldon to put up hand rails- and made rails outside when we were not able to make it back.

Mike worked tirelessly to sell our house. Especially with our being out of town as we were selling our house, he tended to sundry needs that we weren't able to.

Mike, was always available to help me when I needed his consultation. He had a lot of knowledge before hand when he showed us the houses. His attitude towards showing us the houses was tremendous.

Mike is a self-motivated person. I really appreciate his personalized service. He has great local knowledge. He is really responsive to all types of communication (texts, phone calls, emails). Beyond his role as a realtor, he is also very knowledgeable about interior design and electronics. And he gave us good advice on small home improvement projects.

Very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond a realtors job to help our renters purchase our rental home as their first home. We did learn a valuable piece of information. ...before the sale of our rental home, we should have agreed with our renters that the deposit paid at the time of renting the property...was not going to be returned. We had to pay an attorney a fee to send a letter that the deposit would not be returned because of late rent payments while they were renting our property. To get our buyers in their first home...Mike did alot of behind the scenes calling and paperwork for this sale to go through!!

Mike helped us purchase a home this year. He dealt with as it was a purchase for his family. I was impressed by his professionalism, support during wait, and knowledge of the business. I will recommend him definitely to anyone who is seeking to purchase a home.

Working with Mike was a positive experience. Selling a home is stressful and Mike did everything he could to make the process straightforward and efficient. I appreciated that he quickly identified the positive aspects of my home that would appeal to buyers and drafted his marketing around those points. He was proactive in traditional and social media marketing. And effective. My home sold quickly (within a week) and closed without issues.

Mike was such a big help, and made our home buying experience so easy. He defiantly put in the hours for us. We saw the house and loved it. Living 1,500 miles away, he did all the hard work of getting everything set up for us and walked us through the negotiation.
