Huy listed and sold my home
The pre-purchase process went fine... Few bumps here and there... But we made it though the closing process. But the weirdest thing... the day of our closing, we reached out to Michael... He was not available and said he would call us after... That was 8 months ago... Still, no call, no email, no US Mail, no visit... Not even a congratulations on the new house... Weird, I guess it is sign, get the check and run.... No follow-up, nothing.... Our next door neighbors agent thew them a housewarming party after they moved in... Michael, noi even a call. Weird thing is he was a good agent, until he didn't need us any more... Oh well....
