Mike not only had our home sold in less than 2 weeks, but we actually had a biding war going on and walked away with near asking price, cash in hand.As for the purchase of our new home, Mike was always available to take us to different homes they had located, and some we had requested. He always stayed within the financial perimeters we asked him to stay within, and never took us to fall in love with something we would never be able to afford.He went through the heart break of a bank selling a home we put a bid on, out from under us, and empathized with us through the process. This is the fourth property that my wife and I have used Mike Ugarte to help us get into. We used Mike for two purchases, and two rentals. If there is ever a 5th property we need in South Florida, Mike will be our guy then too! MIke knows this area inside and out, and doesn't send you listings that wouldnt fit your needs. MIKE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We interviewed several agents and are so glad we chose Mike. He helped us sell our house even with all the craziness that happened to us. The inspections showed our roof had to be replaced and the appraisal came in less than what we were selling the house for. After adjusting our price we ended up in a short sale situation and I thought we would never be able to sell our house. Mike somehow managed to keep us sane, keep the buyers from walking away and get our bank to approve the short sale...all in LESS than 30 days! Without his professionalism, experience and expertise we would have never sold our house. We can't thank him enough for getting us through this.

Michael helped me with a short sale on my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. At one point I did not think the sale was going to go through, however Michael kept working and assured me that the sale would eventually happen. Eventually it did thanks to his tireless efforts. I have used Michael to help me with apartment and house rentals in the past and he has always found me the perfect place (from price, location, and all of my particulars). Recently, I got married and me and my husband decided to purchase a home.
