Michael was great! He was very responsive and truely felt he was out for our best interest. We actaully bought our house site unseen since we lived across the country and didnt have time to fly back before closingl. It was scary, but we were confident since Michael made us feel better by skyping with us. He showed us every inch of the property, so we didnt have any surprises when we finally got to see it.
