Michael Wachala is highly professional and was a genuine pleasure to work with when looking for and purchasing our home. We went through a few agents before we met and stuck it out with him all the way until the end. It was never a problem bringing our two small children with us. He listened attentively to our wish list and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the market and homes in Bergen County, where I believe he grew up. He remained flexible, positive and composed through all the typical obstacles of a short-sale purchase. The fact that he always had it together, even when thrown a few short-sale curve balls, was very reassuring. Buying a home can involve a lot of players, bankers, lawyers, sellers, inspectors, etc... He went way beyond the call of duty to make our dreams happen. We had our heart set on a short-sale home, and it never would have happened without out him. I can only describe Mike as the most amazing individual, who made my home buying process so stress-free and actually enjoyable. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was available night and day with any concerns I had and eager to help out. There were times when he would work on his days off. I couldnt ask for a better person to handle and guide me on my first house buying experience. in addition, Mike helped me not only purchasing a home but also renting it out.
