Michael Wasem

Linda Wasem, Brady Wasem and I have develop the Awesome Wasem Team. Our broker is Edina Realty. Linda primarily works with the buyers and is a professional stager. Brady has two degree's from University of Minnesota School of Architecture and won awards in computer graphic art design. His two degrees and knowledge on building construction brings another level of expertise to the team. I'm a graduate of Carlson School of Management and primarily handles negotiations and the marketing component of our team. You get three highly trained and experts in their fields with the Awesome Wasems. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 we achieved the highest level of recognition and award for Edina Realty, The Chairman's Circle. Last year we averaged more than a closing or transaction every week...for the third year in a row. We are closing in to averaging two transactions per week.
