Michael Winslow

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Winslow of Blue Pickett Realty in the winter of 2016. My wife and I were in the process of selling our rental home in Colorado Springs. I was deployed and my family was out of state. Based on a recommendation from our property manager, we selected Michael as our realtor. Michael is the consummate professional friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and a very good negotiator. His strongest attribute is his communication skills. He constantly pushed information to us and kept us informed. We had a great experience with Michael throughout the process of selling our home. I offer my strongest possible recommendation for Michael Winslow. We plan to retire in Colorado Springs in the next five years and we will DEFINITELY use Michael as our realtor again.

Michael just sold our home in less than two weeks and it was his hard work, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor that helped us sell the home so quickly. Michael is not the trophy wife in a Cadillac escalade agent type who sees you only as a dollar sign. Michael was truly vested in our home and was available 24 hours a day regardless of the issue. His communication skills are excellent and I don't know of a more down to earth friendly guy. My family considers him a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to let Michael sell my house again. If Michael didn't know the answer he quickly got back to me and made it happen. Hands down the best help in buying a home that you could ask for. Extremely professional, courteous, considerate, honest, easy to work with, and an exceptionally friendly personality. If you are looking for a good real estate agent, just give him a call and speak with him for 5 minutes, and you'll be sold. When searching for my home, I was able to share all of my thoughts and concerns, and he was able to find me exactly what my wife and I desired. His expertise and knowledge also opened my eyes to the areas that I was looking at and several things about the house I bought. His honesty and faithfulness to me as a home-buyer gave my wife and I complete confidence and peace in what could have been a very stressful transition to a new home. As first time house buyers, we needed a realtor who genuinely cared about what house was best for us. Michael worked diligently and was extremely proactive in finding us a house that met our requirements (ie safe neighborhood, proximity to highly rated schools, etc...). When it comes to communication, Michael is second to none. He was able to work with our busy schedules and find time to show us many homes. To have met Michael Winslow was not just luckhis knowledge, initiative and ability to listen and meet our needs was so professional and spot on. Mike Winslow was EXCELLENT to work with , he was caring of our needs as we sold our first home we purchased and lived in for 23 years - alot of memories for our family it was like loosing a loved one, and for him (Mike) to be soooo considerate to our situation was amazing. He answered everything we through at him like a proffesional. I had reservations about buying a house in another state. When dealing with realtors in our home state, let's just say the experience was less than desirable. As this would be involving another state I was worried how this would go. Thankfully my partner had found Michael Winsow.
