Mike is fantastic! He helped my spouse and I (and our 4 year old) buy a house recently, and patiently helped us decide on the right place for us. Our initial vision of where we wanted to end up changed completely by the time we closed, but we never felt pressure from Mike to make a decision before we were ready. Mike answered all of our questions -- sometimes the same ones repeatedly -- knowledgeably and with kindness, compassion, and again, with an unending amount of patience.

My fianc and I worked with Mike from January - July 2019 to purchase our first home. We would highly recommend him for whatever your home buying needs might be. He has experiencing managing rental properties, flipping homes, and buying and selling many properties in the Denver area. Our relationship developed during the home-buying process and we are proud to call Mike a friend.We were recommended to work with Mike by close friends. From our first meeting, Mike was very in tune to our needs. We had 7 months left on our lease, and were not planning to make any moves very quickly. Mike asked us all the right questions to get us thinking about what kind of home we want to buy, encouraging us to think of things we didn't even consider. After our initial meeting, Mike set us up with an account on a home search portal and reached out to us as we engaged with the portal. After adding some 'maybes' to our list, Mike scheduled a day of home searching and drove us around to see the houses. During the home viewings, Mike used his expert eye to ensure he gave us the best advice on each home; never trying to push us in any direction, just making sure we knew all the facts we needed to make an informed decision. Some time passed, and then over Memorial Day weekend, we found a promising house come on the market. We thought the home really stood out, and wanted to make moves quickly. Mike communicated with us over a holiday weekend and scheduled a viewing of the home the day after Memorial day. He was also ready to move quickly if we wanted to place an offer. After we decided to make an offer (2 days later) , Mike could not have been more available or accommodating during the closing process. We decided to go with a Mortgage Broker recommended by a different friend, and Mike was professional and able to work well with someone new. The entire process was simple, easy, and fun. In the weeks following closing we decided to start some demo projects. Mike gave us referrals to different contractors and resources during the renovation process that really worked out well for us. We could not be more appreciative of his energy, efforts, and words of wisdom during the home-buying process. Thanks Mike!

TENACITY AND HONESTY Mike was absolutely on the ball with our home sale and purchase in May of '18 on Doubleheader Ranch Road! Every detail of our concerns were met with genuine concern. His experience and expertise were ever-present when it came to things we hadn't the knowledge of, or experience to ask about. He marketed our previous place with accuracy and efficiency. He never tired of the process. What a fortunate find in a world fraught with phonies and amateurs!
