I began in real estate as an investor working on renovations and new construction. It is through that lens that I am able to better help my clients in a unique way. I see areas for improvement in a home and upside in certain locations and base decisions on data. After years of successful investment projects, I have found my passion as an agent helping buyers and sellers to the closing table. This was always my favorite part of the real estate investing side and now I am able to be a part of many successful closings on a regular basis as an agent.
