We used Metes and Bounds Realty recently for the sale of my father's house and I couldn't say enough positive things about them. We had a tricky situation given the house was underwater. After examining various alternatives, Mike Hobbs found a reputable buyer who purchased the home in a short sale. Mike and his wife Carolyn did a fabulous job navigating through our bank's many departments to gain approval for the sale and then were very helpful with determining the best new type of home for my father, arranging logistics around finding a reputable moving company, helping with the move, etc. They were also very patient with my father who initially wasn't looking forward to leaving his home of 30+ years. He is now happily settled in his new home and is very grateful to Mike, Caroline, and Heidi for all of their help.
