She's courteous, polite, and one of the most professional realitors around. Whether buying or selling, Michelle is my go to person for life.

I recently had an estate sale and my lawyer suggessted I work with Michele. Best advice. The sale wasn't always easy, with a difficult management company constantly making me jump through hoops. Michele made herself available, keeping in constant communicaction with me throughout the entire process. Anyone, and I mean anyone, can slap a listing on MLS. However, very few realtors take their craft seriously like Michele. Before she listed my house she made several YouTube videos of the house, sent out random pictures to get people talking and used a fantastic photographer. The pictures were so nice I almost decided NOT to list. Because of her efforts, I had multiple showings BEFORE my house hit MLS. All in all, the house had about 20 or so showings in 3, yes 3, days, was under contract by day 4 and closed a few weeks after. Throughout the process, Michele was professional, honest and went above and beyond. She helped me find movers, and intervened with third parties when any issues came up. What makes that so special is that was not technically her job. I wouldn't use any other realtor to sell a home. She really is fantastic

Where to start, Michele was constantly on the ball and always gong the extra mile for us during our home buying process! Her knowledge of the South Florida/Boca Raton area is second to none. Before we purchased our home, we had a bit of a bumpy ride with some other properties. It was becoming a frustrating process, but Michele was always right there offering us support and maintaining confidence that the right house was still out there for us. When we found our now home, Michele was constantly in contact with the lender, the seller's agent, and the title company to ensure that we had a smooth closing. Not only would I use her again, but I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If I could rate her above 5 stars I absolutely would.
