Michele is like no other realtor I have ever worked with. Throughout the entire process from locating the right town to the right house to being a great source of information about the area and town. My entire process took 9 months as we decided to relocate from out of state and she was more helpful than I could have imagined. Even on higher end houses she was never pushy and gave us honest opinions on houses that were over-priced (instead of pushing us to buy something so that she could earn a higher commission.) In fact she even laid out options like buying a tear down which would cut her commissions well over 60%.... she kept our interest in mind at all times even when it could have impacted her financially in the end. Not sure how many realtors would do that but not many. I highly recommend you pick her for any realty needs. She is #1.
