Michelle came to our first meeting prepared with all the answers to our questions. She walked us through the steps to selling our home and prepared our home for the open house. Michelle had several offers during the one weekend showing which resulted in the sale at a very good price. She was involved in preparations needed for the required inspections and took care of all necessary negotiations with the lawyers and the agent for the buyers. We merely sat back and waited for closing. Michelle even delivered the check to us personally after the closing. If ever there was a super realtor it is Michelle

Michele was amazing! I'd give her 10 stars if possible. She helped us find our beautiful new home and represented us in the purchase. She knows the best closing resources.... home inspector, closing attorney, Mortgage Broker. We closed in 5 weeks, it was a great experience. A few months later she staged and listed our old home, it sold in 2 days for way more than we expected. Again, a great experience. I highly recommend Michele if you are considering buying a new home or selling your existing one.

Michele played an instrumental role in selling my Bridgewater home.
