Michele Somers pc

October 26, 2009To Whom It May Concern,For over a year, Michele Somers has managed and sold many Banks REO assets in the Arizona market. Michele has impressed me by her knowledge of the market place and her professionalism. Michele keeps me informed of new developments and responds quickly to any request made to her. Michele sold several distressed properties for our bank at or above the expected purchase price.

Michele, We cant thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication you had in finding us the right house! We really appreciate all you did for us. You are so sweet, kind, and patient! I know we were a lot to put up with sometimes. You are an Amazing Realtor and Im so glad I found you! Thank you.

We recently purchased a home with the help of West USA Realtor, Michele Somers. Michele was very responsive to our needs (i.e. driving to home locations while we were at work, staying up late to work on time sensitive paperwork, emailing/texting us personally with must see properties). Michele had the patience when we didnt. Michele had our big picture in mind, when we wanted to give up. Michele listened, with a positive attitude, when all we did was complain and change our mind on everything. Michele was very personable and professional throughout this whole process. We have her to thank for being available the moment we received the MLS listing of our perfect home at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Although we hope to never need her services again, (we LOVE our home!!), we will definitely refer her to any friends and/or family members who are in the market to purchase a home. September 19, 2011. P.S. This was from the heart WE LOVE YOU!!! =o

To Whom It May Concern:We used Michele Somers to find a new home in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. After months of searching numerous places, we recently were able to close on a dream property. Michele was extremely helpful, unquestionably patient, and diligent with every detail. We cant thank her enough and feel like we have found not only a gem of a real estate agent but also a friend.
