We want to shout our Praise for working with realtor Michelle Austin of Carolina One Real Estate (Everett Presson Group). *We were visiting Charleston in July, partly for vacation and part for business. I'm employed by a well-known local technology company (Blackbaud), and was scheduled to attend a meeting at their Daniel Island HQ. *I have fallen in love with Charleston, and we decided to look at new homes across the river in Mt. Pleasant. Just by luck, we came across a Sunday open house being held by Michelle. *After wandering in and meeting Michelle, we told her what we were looking for. It worked out that she had time available the next day, on Monday before my sales meeting, to show us around Mt. Pleasant and tour some new homes. *We told Michelle our price range, and Sunday night she emailed us a list of potential new homes to review. We picked out 6 homes, and spent the day together touring those sites, meeting builders, and walking through a number of terrific new model homes in Mt. Pleasant. *While we fell in love with the quality design and craftsmanship of one local SC builder, we returned home to California not quite ready to make the move this year, due to family considerations. *Michelle Austin showed us how an Experienced, Enthusiastic, Sincere and Saavy realtor can make all the difference in finding your dream home in Charleston. My husband and I recently renovated 8 rental townhomes with the intention of selling.
