My wife and I were wanting to make a move from our house of 3 years after we decided that the area we lived in just was not what we wanted. Michelle was recommended to us by a close friend who I trust, so we spoke on the phone and she became our realtor. Right away we had great a great connection as she was able to learn very quickly what my wife and I were looking for. She took the time to study our requests for our next house and carefully picked out properties for us to look at, while also acquiescing our requests for homes that she probably knew were not the right fit for us, but figured it was best for us to see. She used those opportunities to learn even more and help us hone in on the right house. The market last year was challenging, regardless, she persevered and spent several months helping us hunt down just the right place. After a lot of work and many visits, we finally found the right place. An excellent blend of everything we wanted, and she worked within our budget to make it happen. And this was all just on the buy side! On the sell side, she had a great sense of what our current home would be valued for and created the best listing Ive had for any home Ive sold (that was the 3rd house we have sold in the last 7 years). Very quickly we received and sorted through offers. She provided us good insight on the pros and cons of each and helped us negotiate terms all the way through the end of the transaction. Michelle is the realtor you want to work with. Full stop. She will make sure to understand you and your needs, she will work tirelessly to make those needs become reality, she will be honest and real with you about your expectations, budget, and possibly outcomes, and she will do her best to make sure you end up happy with your new home / selling your existing one. She would be an amazing realtor to have whether a first-time home buyer, a seasoned veteran of real estate, or anyone in between. I cannot recommend her enough and every chance I get to share our experience with others who are in search of a realtor, I tell them about Michelle.
