My husband and I met Michelle Georgiou by chance at an open house and are so happy we did! As first time home buyers, she made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We were not familiar with the area and she really took the time to help us get to know which neighborhoods would suit us and our needs the best. I cannot say enough positive things about Michelle - She is so personable, has so much knowledge and expertise to pass on, and very loyal to her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and we would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Michelle was the best thing that could have ever happened to us in our perfect home search! She was nothing short of excellent in all categories mentioned above. Michelle is professional and caring. She is to the point and doesn't tip-toe around issues which is what we needed in a realtor. You feel that she really has your best interests at heart and encouraged us when we had some bad luck with our first few offers. We think very highly of her and would certainly recommend her to anyone looking in the greater Naperville area.

My wife and I were extremely happy with Michelle Georgiou's services. She understood what we liked/disliked and provided listings/showings that fit our search criteria. Past realtors we worked with only showed us homes that they assumed we could afford or had direct connections to. Michelle also provided consistent updates when new homes came on the market or a price dropped on a home we were looking. She was also honest and knowledgeable when it came to the price/quality of homes we looked at. If she felt a home was over-priced, she let us know. We definitely got the impression that she was concerned about the 'right' house for us, and not just getting a sale. When we found homes that we were interested in purchasing, she provided accurate recommendations for offers based on market analysis and possible repairs/upgrades. Michelle also responds to email questions quicker than anyone I've ever met. (Seriously... like 10 minutes maximum, any time of day). Most importantly: Michelle was friendly and patient with us, but was aggressive when acting as our advocate to pursue information and answers from the seller/seller's realtor.

We met Michelle at an open house on Goldfinch Dr, Naperville when we were driving through open houses. We had a chat with her, and were extremely impressed with the way she processed all of our needs instantly and suggested the plan for selling our townhouse first and then look for our new home. She set up appointments for us to see new homes, while simultaneously advising us on how to stage and prepare our home for listing. She had a very strong work ethic. She made every effort to price our home right, accept a sensible offer, and to deal with the entire sequence of events following the contract. She took every effort to fulfil all of our needs and helped us make the right decision on our new home as well. She was such a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her to any friend looking to buy or sell their home. Excellent, excellent, excellent all the way. Such a warm and friendly person, a pleasure to work with. Very meticulous in everything she does. We love her.

Two things to describe Michelle Georgiou and her service, amazing and reliable. She is very patient, there are many times we changed our minds on what we are looking for but she is always there to assist us. Working with Michelle is like working with your close friend.
