We selected Michelle Giordano of Weiniger Group for following reasons: Her knowledge about the area including school systems, demography and traffic pattern (she has been resident for more than fifteen years and worked a lot with the school system as a PTO member). She was keen to learn our likes and dislikes in an iterative approach that allowed us to narrow our search criteria and save time. Michelle made it happen for us when other realtors couldn't. We had an offer in NY that didn't work out because our previous realtor couldn't negotiate effectively with the difficult sellers. I was really concerned when we started looking in NJ, especially because we were under time pressure. Michelle understood very quickly what we were looking for, and set up automated emails with new listings immediately. When it came time for a trip up to see some homes, Michelle had amazing endurance... we saw a ton of houses in one day because she was so effective in scheduling, and because she just never got tired. I was so impressed. Her knowledge of the region, and advice as we saw homes was invaluable. When it came time to make an offer, she told us where she thought the negotiation would land, and then started with a bid lower than that. She handled the negotiation expertly, without disturbing us or stressing us about it. It was seamless. Her office is very effective too, moving us to closing very effectively, and communicating with us very promptly and easily with social media apps. I cannot say enough good things about her... she is great at her profession, charming and personable... a class act. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle was great to work with. I was unable to physically be there for many steps in the home selling process and I trusted her abilities and recommendations to handle everything. She was responsive and I appreciated that she utilized text messaging. Her recommendations for contractors and closing attorney were great.
