Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was the sweetest and most hard-working realtor I've ever worked with (and I've moved a lot). My husband and I connected with her on a professional level and also on a personal level. I was 8 months pregnant when we started working with her and after my baby was born, she bought a beautiful gift for her and for my 2-year old as well. We also shared personal stories with each other. It is so nice to work with someone that is knowledgeable at what they do, but also treats you like a friend instead of just a client. Michelle was recommended to us as we were to find a home that qualified for a USDA loan. As this was our first house we really needed some direction. She was amazing at finding houses and arranging for us to see them on our days off. It was several months before we found "the one" and she was there every step of the way with her cheerful smile. Michelle is an amazing agent. She made my wife, myself and our 2 children completely comfortable while looking at multiple properties with her. Wes and Michelle are excellent realtors. They provided a comprehensive review of the market, worked cooperatively in a plan for selling, created MLS and Flyer literature that highlighted all the important and noteworthy qualities of the property. Photos inside and outside the home were beautiful and served to attract buyers and remind the buyer of what they had seen. Each appointment for showing I was notified and they followed up. There was a steady stream of buyers and other realtors touring the property. When offers emerged, they presented them in a timely manner with their expertise on the contract. She was very informing and helpful at every property we looked at. Our choice ended up being a very difficult and demanding purchase, do to some issues with the seller and the HOA. Michelle stepped up and help us navigate through it like a pro and we ended up with the home of our dreams!

The smoothest transaction I have experienced. No matter when we had a question, one of them was available to answer. I'm used to following up on my own and coordinating everything between the title company and the lender etc. Before I even think about checking on the status of something, I get a message from either Wes or Michelle that they already had followed up on our behalf. I really didn't have to do much as a buyer. They were always on point and knowledgeable about the area. The best thing of all was that they were honest and made sure that we were aware of what to consider when buying a particular property.
