My family and I were in a position where we needed to find a home and finalize a close date less than a month after making contact with Michelle. Which we were worried was not doable. Michelle connected us with a fantastic lender that was quick to respond and assist with giving us an understanding of our potential purchasing power. My wife and I were buying our first house and it was out of state. We could not have asked for a better experience than Michelle gave us. She is very organized and knowledgeable. Being out of state we really only wanted to visit once and put an offer in. Michelle thoughtfully planned our tours and did a lot of work for us before we even got to town. We were able to get our favorite house for under list price and under our budget, largely in part to Michelle's negotiation. Her service did not stop after the sale, quite the opposite actually. We received step-by-step help in all the closing details. Michelle made it seamless, we didn't even have to go into the title office. She went above and beyond by meeting companies on our behalf at the home since we were not in town.
