Due to 90% of my sales being REO properties, I understand the necessity of adhering to strict process of the asset managers to communicate to sell the property in a timely manner so that the bank and or investor will be relieved of losing more money because the property being on the market for to long. I currently work with the following Asset Management companies and Banks: HUD, LPS, CitiMortgage. AMH and various local banks. I perform the full array of duties that may be required of a REO agent including, BPO’s, verification of occupancy, Cash for Keys, Lockouts, Evictions, Trash outs to renovations, inspections, preservation and sale of the asset.
