Incredibly, when our chosen mortgage provider withdrew at a very late hour, she helped us find a replacement that was able to complete our financing in record time and at a better rate than we started with! Her knowledge of local professionals for inspections, surveys, geologic assessments, title work, etc was also invaluable. I was a nervous buyer and not sure what my wife and I needed and wanted in a Santa Barbara house. Not sure where to start about Michelle! She was the first realtor I met out in the SB\Carpinteria area to buy ahome and I was so satisfied there wasn't a need to look further. She's sharp, professional, knows her stuff,very patient (I'm a bit impulsive so this is a HUGE plus for me!), and is really funny\can banter and jokearound when we need to (another plus for me since home buying can be stressful). She was extremely quickwith getting me all of the paperwork needed (and it was all digital so very easy to get this deal done). Evenafter the close of our home, she's been helping me with resources such as utilities, cleaning, furniture, andmore! So grateful to have Michelle and have her on our side during this stressful process. I now consider hermy real estate agent but also friend. She's a stud!
