We had such a great experience working with Julio to buy our very first home in Culver City! As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect and were pretty intimidated heading to the competitive housing market, especially during Covid. We found Julio and were excited by how knowledgeable he was about the Culver City area. Julio has a ton of experience and is well-respected by other realtors in the area which gave us a leg up on the competition since others want to work with him. Julio started out by taking us on a driving tour to teach us about the core Culver City neighborhoods. As we got deeper into the process, Julio was patient as we figured out what we liked, and picked up on our taste even faster than we figured it out ourselves. He did a great job working with our busy schedules. He struck the right balance between giving us space but also a gentle nudge when we needed it to make sure we stayed on top of viewing homes we were interested in and keeping up with paperwork. Once we found the home we loved, Julio guided us completely through the process of making our offer. He had a lot of insight into when a home was under vs. overpriced and provided us with comps for homes in the area. He also set us up with sample letters we could provide to the seller to give us an advantage. When our offer was accepted, Julio attended all of the inspections and gave us summaries of all of the findings as well as advised us on how to negotiate the credits. Julio poked our lender and escrow officer as needed to ensure we were on track to close on time. Throughout the process he was extremely communicative and proactive about providing us with updates on the status of every aspect of the home buying process. We highly recommend working with Julio and appreciate all his work to find us the perfect home and look forward to working together again in the future!

We had such a top-quality experience working with Michelle and Julio, they made our first home purchase SO SMOOTH. We received Michelle as a recommendation from our friends and she was calm, attentive, responsive, and realistic with us. She was never pushy or aggressively selling places that weren't a good fit for us. I just purchased a condominium and Michelle was my agent. She was exceptional! They were on site constantly making sure everyone went smoothly. And when we hit a snag with the HOA - they personally worked to drive issues to keep my sale on track. They have amazing contacts if you want work done, from basic (painting, clean up) to staging and photography. They worked multiple open houses that got me visibility in the hundreds and offers close to a dozen in 1 week. All while being kind, calm and responsive. They provided tips on how to best touch up our condo and even got their hands dirty helping us do some minor repairs, including getting in touch with some repairmen and service providers themselves.
