We lived in another state and we were looking for a house in Florida. Michelle worked hard to see every house for us and giving us her honest feedback back on the quality of the houses we were looking into. She even took pictures and video to help us see everything in each home. We were not the easiest clients she has ever had, but she was very nice and she always answered our call/emails quickly. In the end she found us the perfect house for us. We would strongly recommend her company for looking for a house.

Her honest appraisal of a home's value we looked at was refreshing and comforting as we were new to the area. Excellent! Michelle is an energetic young lady and did a superb job marketing our house. She was readily available and was helpful with suggestions regarding renovations and presentation. Excellent job staging the house and keeping the house at the forefront in the MLS. We would definitely hire Michelle again!

Working with Michelle had this an easy process! With me being stationed away for the military she setup and found people make minors repairs, take photos, and clean for staging. I just had to show up to sign. Would work with the Martin group again to purchase a home if moving back to the area.
