I can honestly say that without Michelle I think I would have given up on looking for a house. She is incredible at what she does. I was looking at houses near Palm Springs in the summer and Michelle went out of her way to scope out locations a couple weeks before my wife and I could. Michelle also has an amazing eye for detail. She kept pointing out potential problems that I was completely missing. Michelle was never pushy and never showed us places above our price range which was a huge relief. Michelle was also there for us through the entire process , from finding a loan to singing the papers and getting us our keys. Michelle is great at what she does. She found my wife and I a beautiful Craftsman House very close to the beach. She negotiated over $5000 in seller credits as well to cover a couple needed repairs to the house which was very nice. Overall we couldnt be more happy with our first home buying experience.
