MICHELLE IS INCREDIBLE! Perhaps that is all I need to say, but when I read reviews I like details, although I struggle because there is simply not enough space, nor do you have enough time to read through every positive example I have that results in my writing such a stellar review. The few things I will say - I simply cannot say enough good about her approach, ability to negotiate, openness, honesty, and just going above and beyond to get my mom the best price for her house. Michelle dealt with various personalities, family dynamics and many issues...which paved the way to an incredibly fast sale with multiple offers and an even quicker close. We were at a price point where houses sell, with her help (missing the spring market) it took 50% less time to sell and got us considerably more money than we could have without her as our agent (and I compared, and compared, prior to listing the house). She is quick to assess and communicate. I highly recommend her as a broker, whether you are buying or selling, you cannot go wrong!
